We Meet
Our user steering committee is comprised of Suncoast Solutions clients who meet by phone and in person several times a year. They are the driving force behind how we direct and develop our products, and there are typically two or three sub-committees working on requirements for new developments each year. We have several state and regional user groups nationwide.
When you partner with Suncoast Hospice, you are invited to attend our annual users’ conference to discuss the latest industry issues and best practices, share your experiences and learn how to maximize the effectiveness of your software. Each conference includes user groups where you can discuss issues, development labs where you can provide vital input to our technical development team and training labs where you can gain hands-on experience.
We Serve
Our leadership is comprised of leaders in the home care industry who actively participate in national hospice and home health organizations, keeping us at the forefront of industry issues. Our consultants are committed to providing excellent client support, which includes comprehensive on-site training and ongoing training via the web, at your site or at our location in Clearwater Florida. Our consultants bring years of experience in the home care industry to your staff training, providing unique insights into the needs of home care organizations. Our designers work in tandem with our developers to build our products in-house, and all have at least 10 years’ experience in software development. And our technical support team is available 24/7, consistently earning praises for excellence on customer satisfaction surveys.
